Your home is our business.
We believe in making your dreams and goals a reality and our experts know just how to do that. We're prepared to help you at any level, from impartial advice or practical assistance to help you make the most of every opportunity.
Our goal is to build thriving communities where we are living as efficiently and environmentally friendly as possible as individuals and as a community.
Our first community, Cville Villas, is a community for currently homeless veterans in the Charlottesville community.
We are also able to help you design your own ecofriendly community or
individual home within a built environment.
We believe in recycling and implementing all resources sustainably
leaving no trace behind.
Our goal is to be not only carbon neutral but to generate energy to be utilized by the local municipalities where each community is located focusing first on providing energy needs for schools and medical facilities.

Having participated in John Wesley Miller's green building week long program at the US Home Builder's Association Annual meeting in 2006, our creator
became enthralled with the information and began devising a net zero, small home community in her future.
John Wesley Miller was the first person commissioned by the Department of Energy to devise the first net zero home in the late 80's. There have been a total of 4 individuals commissioned by the DOE to build net zero homes.
